This Privacy Policy outlines how I handle and protect personal information and sensitive content featured in my portfolio, which includes school projects, agency work, freelance photography, and journalism.
Use of Work and Content
My portfolio showcases a variety of creative work, including but not limited to:
-
Academic projects and research
-
Agency campaigns and client collaborations
-
Personal photography and styling projects
-
Photojournalism and news broadcasting coverage
I take great care to respect the privacy and dignity of all individuals featured in my work. Where applicable, names and identifying details are withheld or anonymized to protect personal privacy, particularly in sensitive contexts such as protests or news coverage.
Sensitive and Confidential Information
Certain projects, especially in photojournalism and client work, may contain sensitive information. For example, some photojournalism work involving protests or vulnerable subjects is presented thoughtfully to avoid exposing identities or locations that could compromise safety or privacy.
Client and Proprietary Work
Some projects, including those done in partnership with agencies or competitions such as the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC), contain proprietary materials. While I showcase aspects of these works to demonstrate my skills and experience, full files and confidential information are withheld to respect client confidentiality and intellectual property agreements.
Consent and Permissions
Where possible, I obtain consent from individuals featured in my photography or videos. In cases where explicit consent is not feasible, I prioritize ethical presentation, anonymization, and respect for subjects’ privacy.
