As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M, my primary goal was to organize product in visually compelling ways that supported the brand’s campaigns and drove sales. Through trend mapping, outfit-building, and mannequin styling, I created displays designed to encourage outfit purchases and increase the number of items per transaction.
I was responsible for overseeing the Men’s and Kids’ departments, which together accounted for over 50% of the store’s total business after four months in my role. In addition to managing those areas, I also supported merchandising across the Ladies’ department.
